I don't have any real quarrels with these ratings. However, for some funny reason, if I were to be presented with a functional time machine, I would go back to 1941 and watch a game between the St. Louis Browns and the New York Yankees. Preferably during Joltin' Joe's 56-game hitting streak. A day game at Sportsman's, with the Yanks in road grays, my, oh, my. Reminds me of the mental pictures I created from a daily dose of radio's Game of the Day back in the '50's.

Wow - This is AMAZING!! I'm attempting this same thing, but instead of in 1 trip, before I turn 30. I can't imagine trying to do it in one trip! Great stories and I gotta hand it to you on doing your best to rank them based on pure experience, not on your feelings for the teams.

I've just visited my 15th park and have made a list of my own, check it out and let me know what you think! http://thefringes.org. It's funny because we have relatively similar analysis of some of the parks.

Awesome blog, Daren. I was sitting in class when I started to read it. Now class is over, I am sitting in the classroom alone and totally did not hear 1 thing the professor said, haha.
Well worth it, though!
The video teaser is GREAT and cannot wait for all of the other videos!

I must bow to the Roadtrip Masters - you are truly one with highways and byways that lead to and from the fields of dreams that we hold true and dear. I know how hard the trip was because I saw the hassles and hardships you constantly struggled with - including the stupid incompetent bitch that calls herself a Web designer. Thank God for those that have followed you on this endeavor that you persevered and march forth, despite the obstacles and impediments. As a St. Louisan, you are the Lewis and Clark of the Base Crawl. Well done, gentlemen, well done!
